Who is a true poet?

A poet is someone who has woken up to the great secret: that life is all about living in the moment.

The enemy of poetry is overthinking, ego and identity obsession, and disconnection from the moment. The game of life is to avoid them.

When you live in the moment, your heart, mind and soul align. You flourish internally and externally, no matter what is happening around you.

A poet does what others struggle to do. They live more presently. They translate feeling into meaning. They bear witness to life as it unfolds.

A poem does not come from craft alone. It comes from presence. You live in the moment, and the poem follows.

The purpose of sharing poetry is not to perform or prove. It is to express the beauty of the moment and in doing so, flourish even further.

This is the philosophy. Not an identity to hold. Not a set of ideas to carry. Just presence, expression, and becoming.
